Wizard have developed relationships with many key solution partners. These relationships are not sales relationships, as we prefer to remain independent so as to be able to always provide the best possible solution for clients.
Our technology partnerships are about working closely with a wide range of manufacturers and solution providers to be able to understand their offerings and how these apply to the marketplace. We assess new technology as it becomes available, and only recommend products or services that have passed our rigorous assessment process. This enables us to be able to select the most applicable technology for each client rather than using a "one size fits all" approach.
This approach also ensures we keep abreast of all new developments, can anticipate future trends and have the applicable solutions in our sights. We ensure we have close relationships with a number of hardware and software vendors that clients may need solutions from, as well as security and network providers.
We try to develop strong relationships with our clients’ other technology providers. We pride ourselves on being able to work exceptionally well with incumbent suppliers such that all involved parties are working harmoniously towards the same goal. This is particularly true in the case of the telecoms providers. Wizard now has excellent working relationships with both Vodafone and Blackberry (Research in Motion), amongst others. By forming relationships with our clients other suppliers we try to avoid the blame culture that is somewhat common when multiple suppliers are involved
Our staff are formally accredited and trained, ensuring that they are fully equipped with the skills they need to implement and support the technologies of each of our partners. They also have privileged access to the support teams of many of our partners, enabling them to easily escalate and resolve problems quickly on behalf of clients.
