Our philosophy is to build relationships on Trust and Understanding, which in turn drives customer loyalty. 95% of our customers have come from referral, and there is virtually no customer turnover. Our approach is to operate without client contracts, as the service record with customers stands for itself. This approach means we do not sell classic support contracts but enable customers to call off time against a contract as and when required. This ensures the customer remains in control of costs, whilst ensuring they have access to the very best support services when they are needed.
